Six-storey building, eclectic morphology. The construction began in 1922 according to the designs of the architect Costas Kitsikis. The construction company "Beton Arme M. Diamantopoulos" undertook the construction of the building. 55, 57, 59 Vasilissis Sofias avenue, Athens The three buildings were constructed at the same time in the early 1920s. They are the eclectic apartments block of flats of Tabakopoulos at number 55 and the two also eclectic apartment buildings of G. Prezani at numbers 57 and 59. The first was designed by the architect Kostas Kitsikis and the other two by the architect-civil engineer Andreas Kriezis.
